You are invited to join us for our first OPEN DAY at the new Inyathelo Civil Society Sustainability Centre in Woodstock, Cape Town.

The centre is the first of its kind in Africa and will provide support, training, advice, resources and facilities for civil society organisations and individuals.We have created a really special place in which ideas, thinking and initiatives can take root, grow and flourish.
Visitors to the hub can access Inyathelo’s FundingFinder - an online prospecting tool that provides comprehensive, up-to-date, searchable information on donors who may be willing to support their work.
They can also make use of Inyathelo’s Book Lounge which houses the Institute’s collection of over 2000 books, publications, DVDs, manuals, toolkits, magazines and directories relating to civil society, non-profit organisations, philanthropy, grantmaking, communications, fundraising and higher education.
The Civil Society Hub boasts 3 meeting pods, 18 hot desks(6 with their own dedicated PC) and access to fast stable Wifi.
Thanks to The Atlantic Philanthropies and our many other donors and supporters for helping us realise this dream to create a really special place for civil society in which new ideas, thinking and initiatives focused on solving South Africa’s many social problems can take root, grow and flourish.
Visitor parking bays are available in Buchanan Square at R10 per hour. There is free street parking in the surrounding roads, including Francis Street where there is a public pedestrian entrance into Buchanan Square.
