Join us for a workshop that will provide an understanding of the key principles of Design Thinking. This interactive workshop for NPOs will allow you to experience a selection of processes, methods and tools for Design Thinking, while supporting a practical understanding of how these can be applied within various areas of your organisation.

Jill van Dugteren will facilitate this session. She has worked with both higher education institutions and non-profit organisations, is an experienced lecturer, has worked in research and curriculum assessment, and is a strong education professional with a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) focused in Participatory Design Education from University of Cape Town.
